The Michigan House of Representatives has passed a bill ( HB 4323 ) which will allow ORV riding on the shoulders of most roads in northern Michigan. The bill has been sent to the Michigan Senate for it's approval. Once final approval has been granted ORVs will be allowed to use the shoulders of most roads in northern Michigan. This will improve the sport immensely. Just like snowmobiles have done, this will be a great benefit to riders and the economy of northern Michigan. Follow the progress of House Bill 4323
